Addendum No. 1 - Staff Answers to RFP Questions
RFP Deadline: April 10, 2019, 3:00 P.M.

The City of Shavano Park is accepting bids from qualified contractors to provide all materials & labor to replace the roof for the City Hall building. Sealed bids must be received by the Zina Tedford, City Secretary in City Hall by, April 10, 2019 at 3:00 pm after which the bids will be opened at 3:30 pm.

The City of Shavano Park will consider the firm qualification, adherence to the technical requirements and proposal pricing of bidders in making the award. City of Shavano Park reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, to reject portions of the bids and to award contracts in a manner consistent with the City and laws governing the State of Texas.

It is anticipated that the selection of a firm will be completed on April 22, 2019.
