Holiday Wishlist Campaign - A Special Note
This Holiday Season the Shavano Park Police Department, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and South Texas Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) have partnered to start a campaign to raise Christmas funds for the children of several area families whose lives were impacted by the actions of drunk drivers.
Eight children were chosen for the program. Seven of these children’s parents were killed and one child had a parent permanently injured. We understand that the holidays can be a difficult time for these children so we are working with Santa and we obtained their Christmas wish lists. We are determined to help by taking monetary donations to purchase the gifts on their list and deliver them along with Santa, DPS, MADD and SPPD in time for Christmas. Beginning today through December 14th you may make a monetary donation to the Shavano Park Police Department located at 900 Saddletree Court Shavano Park, Texas 78231.
